You know how a lot of people can be mean and take one tiny similarity of something and turn it into "you're copying so-and-so" . Ignore them. Also, maybe they aren't trying to dress visual kei. Perhaps have their own twist to it. I would think it better because it's creative on their part. But, apparently you have this one sole standard of perfection set in your head already to where none but the finest shall live up to it.

But you guys also have to understand that almost everyone in the music biz wants to be someone else or be better than.

No he does not look like Ruki. :/ He does do a few poses that remind me of Ruki in their photos. I find SAI's singers hair to be quite popular among the visual kei scene. I know the whole pose he was doing on the wall was what phantasmagoria's singer did in one of their video's.

I'm a musician myself and I find myself getting inspired by other artists all the time. :]
