I'm an old 40 year old dog trying to learn how to play a bass and this video is the first ive seen anywhere telling me how to position my hands on the bass.

Even the instruction vids and documents i got never said to play just behind the strings or move my thumb. No wonder i was getting more buzz than a swarm of angry bees!
