@Gabri27SZ Um because of his flamboyant behavior, the fact that he notes one of his diciples had a body of character, and the fact that his diciples call him 'old fruit' (questionable sexuality (gay) I'm not ingorant, but a lot of people would agree that he is gay.
Sander Cohen is gay, along with his "disciples". If you read the Bioshock novel you will find plenty of proof of that

He indeed wears a bunny mask like other splicers. He cannot, or rather doesnt want to in fear of looking ugly and/or being judged.
