I remember seeing ads for legends in mma magazines back around this time 2006-07. I think it was Randy, Bas, and I forget who else. Then you never heard randy associated with it again and all of the sudden randys gym was extreme couture. wonder if there was a falling out or something.

how much does it cost to train there

@natelovedevon cost between like 100-500 depending on what you want to learn. there's mma workout/competitive, muay thai, 10th planet jiujitsu, cage fundamentals, and i think there's also tranisitional workout, and one downside to legends mma is that you HAVE to make an online reservation for classes.

@natelovedevon one good thing about legends is that there are virtually zero egomaniacs, so if you're looking for a good time while you workout, legends is the place to do it. I've visited a couple mma gym in the l.a. area, and most of them don't even look legit...it's basically a boxing gym with NO proper instructors for any martial arts variety. and also, best boxing gym in l.a. would be freddie roachs' wildcard (a lot of mma fighters and professional boxers train there as well)

this kind of markets the gym as a recreational gym... but in fact, having trained there, I know that there is a pro team and some people who train at the gym for jiujitsu and kickboxing or whatever end up fighting as well... so a lot of good mma people there, not just a recreational mma gym.
