When I complained to Biffa (with video) they took it pretty seriously...apparently they were going to use their footage in their training scheme, though I honestly have no idea if they have.

Hopefully they have then but this video shows a considerate driver. As opposed to the one in 'Stopping Now' or 'Dangerous HGV Pass'. Matthew Kibble has joined YouTube and voiced his opinions on the latter. Worth a read I think...
