@EddieLaw31 Replace him with McHale or...well Avery Johnson is busy coaching so he's out. One guy who is very knowledgeable about today's game is Bob Cousy. He stopped playing almost 50 years ago, yet he is still very informed about today's NBA. Get him in here.
@DuckwalkSupreme Cousy's too damn old. Joe Gibbs was a great coach but when he returned to the Redskins, the game had passed him by. Sure Cousy could improve their fundamentals but that's about it. He cant relate to the size and athletic ability of today's athletes.

As for the game passing him by, up until just a couple years ago, 2008 or 2009, he was doing color commentary/analysis for Boston Celtics home games for Boston's Fox Sports network, which he'd been doing since at least as far back as the early '80s. When I had NBA League pass I loved watching the Boston games in part because of Cousy's great commentary. The man has closely followed bball for a long time.
