@Omahazu I think you mean j.214B Right? If so, I had the same problem but I figured it out. You need to delay 2C as much as possible. Right now I am having problems picking them up again after dashing after j.214B
I knew that Hazama got a few new tricks up his sleeve.... I'm also liking how some of those combos are usable despite their difficulty (hm.... Now where have I heard that before.... =/ )
In any case, thanks again for these set of tutorial vids, Jourdal! m(_ _)m
The whole bloody fangs spam near the end of the video (all around 9:40), does the thing in green say "This is a lot easier to spam" or something like that?
@Dice12K my japanese isn't that great so i can't read most of whats said in the video because a lot of it is kanji i don't know, but i can read that part. It says "gasaishou rabirinsu" gasaishou is the name of the move, i couldnt figure out rabirinsu for awhile but apparently its the japanese translation of the word labyrinth, which actually sounds right. So, its basically just saying, "lol, good luck figuring this one out"
Can someone tell me properly because I might be overthinking things:
I know Hazama has a far less than normal heat gain after Jayoku Houtenjin, but is that true for Rapid Cancel? I think it might, but for about 2 seconds or so.
Quick example of Jayoku heat gain change at 3:16. RC heat gain change example is the combo right after it 3:32.
One question, why is it that on Nico Nico the video is SOOOO SMOOTH, even smoother then the one I am playing on Ps3 O.o Is it THAT much difference from PAL(50) to NTSC/JP(60)?
i think the reason of the numbers 3/3 indicates that you are in the 3rd part of a 3 part video. but why not get a fourth video of badass hazama anyway. needs more trolling
Also just wondering: That Gasaishou (command grab)-Loop; pretty sure all you need to do is jump out? You can always jump out of a grab just after Recovery, can't really grab into jumpstart as far as I know... That's why you can actually just jump out of the Command-grab oki. Anyone take the time to confirm this by simpling holding 9 while doing this commandgrab thingy?
i suck at kanji so i cant tell, at the end he/she(dreaming is free right?) talks about netacombos and MAYBE saying something that the combos on the video are damaging enough, or soemthing blegh
Hotfix this Arcsys: Repeat proration on j.214B; it will still leave a lot of options out of the "loop" but no more "egggh does this ever stop"-crap....
With the 5C throwing enemies up as much as 2C did in CS2 the combo is probably super easy to excecute aswell D:
@Dixxhead 5C seriously lifts up more now? Nice, this will help quite a bit with the combo. Also is the untech time on hirentotsu at least a bit bigger? I just started trainig the loop in CS2 and if the above would be true I think the loop wouldn't be that hard (or at least using one 5C 2C TK hiren to extend combos and add flashiness)
@MTTKamikaze Repost because my first answer was unreadable. What I wanted to say is: You can see that 5C throws up higher by looking at the 5C>j.Cxn combo, which is impossible in CS2 on Ragna. In CS2 this only works against Kune and I think Tager.
He also mentions the Change a few times in the textpassages inbetween Comboshowcases; mentions it a few times in the beginner guide too.
@Dixxhead Thanks for the info, sadly I can't read japanese so the infodump between combos is unreadable for me, any other interesting changes mentione in the vids that weren't shared on dustloop?
Just picked this up a few days ago. Glad to see that Hazama still gains heat by trolling.

These are still viable for console version correct?
Does anyone have some pointers on to keep the combo going after j.236B? Having some difficulty there o:

Figures it was 5C launching higher, but I feel better knowing I can do this with ease, love the T.M. revolution being used in a tutorial.

But dang, dem loops and damage. Hazama is freakin' scary.
