That is unbelievably sad. I'm all for eating meat and such. But the poor thing must be absolutely terrified. If your gonna kill an animal do it quick enough so it doesn't know what hit it. They don't deserve to suffer or be tortured at all. Seriously people gotta show some compassion. How would you like to die in such a terrifying place?

What unimaginable horror!! I can't comprehend that any sane,caring individual can watch this video and not be sickened and outraged. Perhaps you convince yourself that it is "just a horse"

therefore it has no feelings and feels no pain. How naive can you be! These majestic creatures trust, love and devote their lives to us , they feel love ,they feel sadness and they most definitely feel pain and terror. We must come together and put an end to this madness!!! We must fight for them!!!!!

I agree!!!! This is horrific!! This is also happening to other animals as well. I have spent my life intimately associating with horses, and with that experience I took and now have that same connection with my milk cow. I can tell you that cows are equally as sensitive and feeling as horses. Real peace will never begin until we quit killing for the gross pleasures of the tongue and belly.

How is it that there are no comments posted here? Where is your rage, your disbelief, your heart? This atrocity is happening to horses in Canada on a daily basis people!! Studies have shown that Canadians do not accept this yet it continues!!!! We must fight for the lives of these forgotten, discarded horses. Their lives are worth so much more than the terror and pain they are forced to endure in a slaughterhouse like Natural Valley.
