Anthony George looks somewhat like Gene Rayburn.

He did an admirable job as Burke. I especially like the chuckles and comments he gave when responding to Vicky's invitation to Barnabas to explore "the house by the sea" in the dark, and how he would light up a cigarette as his eyes narrowed in on Barnabas. I've been aware of Mr. George since his "Untouchable" days and the program, "Checkmate". He was an early hero of mine, so I was thrilled when he appeared on "Dark Shadows". The period clothes were very appropriate for him, as Jeremiah.

He looks good with the time period clothes that they wore in the 1795 episodes. He was a good actor, but I dont know much about him just that he was on Dark Shadows.

I might be in the minority, but I loved his Burke.
