It lost some complexity at 4:20, and you started to stumble at 4:27, though. What happened? (and I liked that bit from 5:00 to 5:03)
Personally, I think the beginning was a lot richer than 5:10 to 5:56. Perhaps try making it more legato; right now it sounds and looks like you're losing interest in the song at that point, and the breaks seem not to be intentional, but more as an "I give up, I don't want to finish the song" thing.
Nice :) Though being a drummer/pianist Moanin' is rather my favorite for its trumpet + tenor sax solo on the 1958 recording. Can't find that particular recording on Youtube, only 1961 and 1966. I have it on CD so no problem. I alway have to listen to this track twice, while headbanging, like it was some hip-hop.
fuckin amazing solo

the quality of the video is inversely proportional to the quality of your video (you play great, the video sucks ass! sorry)
i was also hoping to see what chords you use, but the angle doesn't allow.
great playing though, don't worry

I also have that recording.
When I first listened that one, I found that I love funky beat they create.
Thanks a lot for your comment.
