Perhaps even an object of any "stick form" is possible.

However, "possible distance" changes by each object.

For example, It is impossible to stab "a sewing needle" by "No-spin" from 24 feet, it is too light.

In addition, it is difficult that throw a sword of 1kg from 90 feet by "No-spin"

For example it is not difficult to throw a sword and a spear by No-spin from 8 meters.

However, it is difficult to stab nail of 10cm long(4 inches) with No-spin from 8 meters.

An error by a manual operation influences for a small object a lot.

This is a technical fact of No-spin throwing.

When I(we) throw such an unbalanced tool, distance "less than 18 feet" or "half spin throw" is not difficult.

However, it is very difficult to stab more than 24 feet by No-spin.

It becomes possible if you understand a center of gravity theory of Mumyou-ryu.

You must not throw it only by strength or a mind to be aggressive by any means.

You have to quiet a mind and have to use delicate sense.
