i know no one is going to believe this, but, if you search youtube for mikael's interviews, you will find some channel wich is called "FaceCulture", and they've got interviews of mikael since 2006 till 2011

just to let you all know, mikaels voice were never "out of tune" it was just an accident. (in the bloodbath cornor)

Mikael Voice was good from starting singing from 95( opeth) till 2008 ,then it got worse & worse but the clean Vocals are getting better ! , go watch the Wacken live shows, hes some 1 else !

@THECHRISTGRINDER666 there is a change in his vocals and he even spoke about it, he mentioned one reason which was a change in his speaker system for his vocals...but the real reason is his increased live performances.i growl and the way mike growls now is way way more easy...you can really growl for stretched time periods this way

@THECHRISTGRINDER666 He said in an interview from 2010 that he tried something new when he recorded the vocals, somehow hearing himself when he sings. so he started to growl different trying to change the way of his singing, which fucked up his vocal cords after a while. So i guess that's the main reason he sounds like shit.
