  • ambient and trippy! and the most important... you seem to really enjoy it!! i m jealous now,i m gonna go and play some music too!!!! free!!!

  • sounds good

someday I want to get all into this hippy stuff, sit on a mountain side, eat lamb that has been smoking in the smoker for 6 hours and breathe in the mountain air.

  • hi there,

how do you have the adrenalinn conected? i am trying to use it with acoustic guitar but i am having a hard time getting a nice clean signal,do you use the amp sims or turn them off?do you connect it to the fx sends?

  • Hey there. I'm using a pickup under the bridge and plug into the adrenalinn and use the effects and different amp sims on different songs. Not sure how it sounds with acoustic guitar, but this is an acoustic instrument so it should work ok. I run the Adrenalinn users group on Yahoo Groups, so you might want to ask there, since it is mostly guitar players there using the adrenalinn on there :)

  • you really love those moog effects don't ya? you should try a song with just that andrenalinn 3, minus the moog :P

  • Another Masterpiece, i gotta get your cd.

    ~Casey

  • interesting concepts. enjoyed this.

  • hahahaha o my god the smile at the end, somehow i never noticed! haha wow you're funny.

  • What do you use for your effects? You get some really unique sounds out of whatever you are using.

  • Thanks. Mostly an AdrenaLinn 3, as well as some Moog effects here and there.

  • Marry Me?

  • well ok :)

  • Oy, mackey, think you might have your own gig in four-five years? I could use someone of your unique sound.

  • I ordered your CD a couple days ago. I anxiously await it's arrival, and after going through the check out process further, I saw you do indeed accept mastercard and visa, lol.

I love all your work, but this song especially, I could just put on repeat. How about a 30 minute version? lol ;)

  • Whoah! All your stuff is v. nice and what an original sound! Such rich overtones - that igil really cries and sings.

The best movie soundtracks you never heard in your life.

(btw you'd probably like Ozric Tentacles if you're not already familiar with them)

  • thanks very much Muwt

  • Sure like this one. Do you ever find some people on Y-Tube are kinda weird? You are prob. the nice one of them all.Thanks.

  • Been checking out your music! I love it. Any way to get decent MP3s of this, I would love to have this pop up now and again on my Ipod!!!!

  • really really awesome music, do you have a cd or anything I could buy? if so where can I find it?

  • Very neat instrumental. You should get together with Kofi Baker.

  • Thanks for the comment. Interesting you mentioned that, I did a little research, and his drum school is in the same city as I live in, so maybe I will :)

  • Woweee wow.

  • I've been lurking and listening to your work with the igil and you've got some great crossover sounds going. I'm wondering if you're familiar with fellow Californian group by the name of Secret Chiefs 3? They use a mix of conventional and eclectic instruments in various crossovers. It's a mix of persian, surfer rock, metal, big band, and electronica depending on the track. That igil with your effects would sound badass with some of the stuff they've been experimenting with.

  • Thanks man! I'll leave the crazy jamming with odd instruments to you and stick to my sax and bass.

  • This song is more lively than some of your other compositions, yet retains that surreal quality that I love. Nice!

  • Amazing as always,

So is the igil played similar to a cello or what?

  • to Scottlan666666: The igil is a lot different to play than a cello. The two strings are really about 100 single strands of parallel nylon strings, and you don't press your fingers on the neck when you are playing a string, you touch them from the side without ever making contact with the neck, using fingertips, or between the strings with fingernails, kind of like a slide guitar.... yep, it's totally bizarre, took me quite awhile just to get it to not sound like a dying goat! :)

  • Hello,

I love it! Great work. Nice sounds. Fantastic Music.

  • hahaha the smile one the end! haha great!

ooh I want to have an igil so bad right now..

  • seconded, awesome as usual

  • I'm surprised you have time to post youtube videos. You should be doing soundtracks for films or something. Another excellent tune.
