Hi the most awesome tank and the best vids I have seen yet!! Very helpful thank you! ;) Curious what kind of skimmer are u using? And what size Koraila?
is that a dottyback in there? I thought those things get pretty territorial and it would be a bad idea to place them in a small tank? Please reply because I think dottybacks are the coolest fish and I would really like to know if I could put one in my tank!
Wow... Amazing! I'm currenty in my second week of cycling my 29 biocube (like yours) I think your tank looks great... For now I just have live rock and a few snails... If you don't mind me asking... About how much have you spent in corals, fish and inverts? Thx :)
I have 2 36watt PC, 2 LED PowerBrites strps and 3 moon lights. The plants that you see are Caulerpa. They are great for filtering but THEY MUST BE CUT OFTEN.
Oh and about the plants, i have something i think its called grape kelp (but it looks like regular red kelp to me) or something and its great, It doesnt grow ridiculously fast but it has this bright red color. I really think it adds to the tank. (ill add a video of it sometime)
I just started to use microbe-lift special blend on my tank. Do you see much results with special blend?

Sorry I meant to say this is one of the most beautifully designed aquascapes!!
What influenced your decision to get a BC instead of a NC?

I Have the same tank tank as your. With filter on the back.. Can i have corals and dont have a protein skimmer?
2424Anthony 1 year ago
Yes, but you will have to keep up with the water changes. The skimmer will reduce the amount of water changes by eliminating some bio waste.
