i will circumcise my son if i find out i'm having a boy. it's not a mutilation of your body or anything. it's just the same as removing something off of your body you don't want there. in all honesty, i think uncircumcised penis's are gross. it's ultimately up to the parents to make that decision.
@anguhlpeach It is mutilation of the body because you are removing his foreskin; it's something YOU don't want when it's HIS body. It doesn't matter if you think they are gross that is your opinion; if I think tattoos are gross that doesn't give me the right to forcefully remove them from another person's body. For now it is up to the parents but soon that right will be given only to the person who is getting the modification.
how can in infant tell you if it wants one done or not? it's some people's religion to get this done there for it's not wrong to them. i'm so glad i'm having a girl, but if we weren't the father said he was making sure that our baby had it done. he said he feels so bad for the one's who don't get it done when they're born. it's humiliating when they get older because they have to go in and ask the doctor for one. plus, it's more painful because they remember it. different opinions

My oldest son was circumsised and had some bad complications with reattachement and still at 4.5 complains of his penis hurting. I won't go into tons of detail, but after researching and realizing that NO health orginization recommends routine infant circumsion and with my sons problems, my youngest son was NOT circumsised and has not had one problem .

A high and tight circumcision tends to cause problems like painful erection because the skin is really tight and sometimes their is bleeding around the scar and skin bridging. And ask the doctor to leave the frenulum (that is the sensitive tissue underneath the head of the penis).
