I've heard many different versions of this song by artists like Jennifer Rush, Fiona Flanagan, James House; however, I think this variant is better than any of the others.
Reason being is that both the percussion and vocals in this version really set the tone for the song itself - that and it sound a but more rockish/AOR-like than the others.

@hoodfan89 yeah, drum sounds similar to those in Robert Tepper's songs...i think also this is best version of this song -:)....
