Yesterdays storm (15/5/11) was freakish. I'm staying in a condo too. I saw the pool umbrella flew away and a chair ended up in the pool. It struck our building. I saw bits and pieces of roof on the ground floor. After the storm I wanted to go down but all 3 lifts were down. Had to take the stairs. Thank goodness I live on the 3rd floor. :]
better don't use handphone when raining because the lightning can 'catch' ur hp wave..~ especially when u make a call..~
