Scotty, these are very precious moments in this..Jeffrey passed on to be with Our Father on February 26.1995 after the Mardi Gras Parade on the S curves..between PB and Navarre..Riley was sixteen months old..and, was just trying to find away to bring to life the wonderful young man he really was..I was l5 when he was born..he is a special one...thanks Scotty for being here...means aLoT..
