absolutely loved Manson at this point, loved him right up until that pile of crap "heart shaped glasses" (which i don't think he will ever recover from). saw him live on the "antichrist" tour in 1996 & they were amazing, it was just incredible. heart thumping, everyone in tune with each other - almost like a fascist rally type feeling (and no, i'm not a fascist before anyone gets their thongs in a bunch). last year i saw him at download and i wanted to cry with utter disappointment....

Manson never released an album in 1999 but 1998 he released Mechanical Animals though.

First of all, you people are ALL misguided. This song forst came out on Antichrist Superstar, the album of the same name, in '96. Mechanical Animals WAS released in '98, but that has nothing to do with this. God Is In The TV was released in '99 on November 2, but it was NOT the debut of this song. It simply had the song on it, which I personally think it by FAR the best performance of this song I've ever heard...Antichrist Superstar is much better live than on the album.
