Wow! I was looking for a recipe as far as cooking haddock and came across this video. Even though i was looking for a "basic" way to cook haddock you young ladies have stepped it up to the next level...and I like that alot! Real cooking to me is an art and obviously you gals know this as well. It's one thing to cook something, but it's totally different to "create" a meal.Thank you both so much for teaching me how you do it.
