He wrote that the Legislatures special counsel, former state prosecutor Steve Branchflower, used the wrong state law as the basis for his conclusions and also misconstrued the evidence.

That personnel board report was released in NOvember - right before election day. Check the date on this video - October 12. Palin is commenting ABOUT the Branchflower report that, very clearly stated that they felt she had abused her power. She says that the report (the Branchflower report) showed she did nothing wrong. That is an out-[and-out lie.  It's a complete denial of reality. That she can lie so easily is a little bothersome, do you not agree?

Palin allowed Todd Palin and others to pressure various officials improperly over a period of several months, which violated the Ethics Act.
