  • Wouldn't it be more logical to remove the blockage at Eustachian tube level (where the problem lies) instead of inserting a grommet into the eardrum (which only removes a symptom)?

  • :)) well, it depends on who's looking into the ear :D the changes could be seen on tympanic membrane, using otoscope, of course.
