You can make a program in C# that turns black colors into a number, and white into a difrent number, with some filtering you can remove all but white and black colors in the video, and somehow save evry frame .. :D

That’s just aalib used in VLC or a similar video player, whose OLE object was embedded in Excel. It actually has nothing to do with Excel at all! I’ve played Quake with aalib and watched videos on the console with it at least 5 years ago.
