Proud mom of a US Marine Corporal who returned from Afghanistan in May. He is being deployed again next summer. I continue to pray for all deployed military, wounded warriors, and fallen heroes families. We are all bound together forever and I love you all.

I've been there with my son doing 3 tours in Iraq. We all need to support our troops and their families, especially the mother's that gave birth to the soldiers. My soldier weighed 9.2 at birth...little bowling ball...but he is the love of my life. God Bless America.

My family's men have been warriors since the time the Abercrombies were Grand Falconeers in Scotland. This song pays tribute to the women who have either fought beside them or kept their homes while the warriors were gone to war.

I have always been told Mothers are the glue of a family - but I think a soldier's mom must be "super-glue". I watch my wife worry the whole time he was over there wondering if they would ever try to hit the ship and this is his 5th trip to the shores of Iraq. One trip for Afaganastan (sp).
