Keep in mind that the more recordings I have, the better the transcription will be (different recordings will have slightly different balances, some parts more or less predominant, etc.), and if there are any brass-only recordings in existence, it'll make the whole thing about twice as accurate as without.
i have a question....the feel is in 6/8 but ive seen transcriptions in 12/8 yours in 6/8 i think theres not really a difference but besides the feel but i like it in 6/8 do you know what carolina's in 6/8 or 12/8??
that's funny, there's so many things in there that I know we played at Finals but we never got copies of music for because they kept changing the ending of the piece so many times. They just had us learn it in sectionals
I only heard two minor things: at :21 those eighth notes in the bari 2 - euph part on beat 2 (4 in 6/8 i suppose) should be C#- A - F i believe. Same goes for the repeated figure two bars later. And in the bari 1-2 ascending line into the full ensemble hit at :27 i *think* the third note (on "6")should be an Ab. It's hard to hear in the recording though. as you can see i play low brass haha. teensy changes aside, this is excellent! i think many people will enjoy this.
