hi yea bob i was wondering if you did all of this to this newly restored bathroom remodel yourself, glass for the shower cabinet instillation, tiling, granite, ect. also ruffly how long did this project take from start to finish ? thank you,
@robertforguson91 Me and my crew of 1 did all the demolition, floor leveling, wall framing, cabinetry, trim, accesories Hvac work and insulation. We have alot of talented sub-contractors electrician, plumber, drywaller, painter, shower door and glass installer, tile man, and designer. asbestos removal team, granite fabricator and installation. The project took about 6 weeks from day one to goodbye. I hope I did not lead anyone to believe I did all this work by myself+++Bob
@buckeyemania Doubt it , this is a pretty "high-end" sink, may need to go to your local plumbing supply store and browse the displays and catalogs,or as most people do it look on-line.+++Bob
@playdrums Actually the two base cabs below the sinks are vanity base cabinets specifically designed for a centered shallow vanity sink, if your wondering what would hold up better, painted finish or stained may be more a more interesting question to ponder+++Bob In that case I really wouldn't know. If the similarities as far as height goes to kitchen cabs these are the same in a bathroom they call it comfort height.
The new tiled shower, looked really sleek and sharp. The other stuff I didn't really care for. Especially the toilet which was in the bathroom. That seems so annoying.
*bangs on door* HURRY UP I HAVE TO USE THE BATHROOM..!.
*response*"Hold on I'll just be another ten minutes"
Yep that is what I am used to, along with the frustrations that go with it. I understand its convenient plumbing wise... but practically/functionally , it makes no sense.
@hoydog33 ... Hahahaha! That is So funny that you said that. I know you are probably kidding, but I really Did love that wallpaper design. I know... what does that say about me? I want to state that the remodel was really gorgeously done, but I truly would have been very happy with the old layout too.
Bob, that wallpaper almost blinded me! I may have to flag this as inappropriate because everything before the demo was borderline obscene!
Good job on the remodel. Keep the VIDS coming.
