How to Fix The Blue Screen Of Death Error (BSOD)

everytime i try to download something new maybe halfway threw the download the blue screen apears for like 2 seconds and i cant read what it says then it loads and stops on a black screen telling me to reboot and take a system check? why?

@SmithzY97 i dont have a clue how to fix it but as long as i dont download much i'll be fine, i'am just thinking about getting a new comp with 8g ram and all the goods for gaming, and saying bye to this bsod comp.

When i go into safe mode or last known good configuration the blue screen of death just comes up again. Any idea's i'll sub for an answer
