Damn... I've got a long way to go before if I'm gonna figure this stuff out on my own.

SO, since this was your final work, and last year at that, did you get a job in the industry? What have you been busy with? I'm wrestling with the idea of going back to school since my current degree isn't much good for me.

  • what program are you using?

  • How did you make the eyebrows and did you have to layout the uvs in your model?

  • yes you have to uv eyes, and it's just normal squashed sphere, you can use plane instead

  • Nice toonshading and nice tutorial.

Maybe I have to study more about XSI.(at this time I use 3dsmax)

  • Soild reel , gratz on your work. wish teh best on job hunting

  • it's definitely not plane, i cut a sphere into half , and just squashed them.

  • Wow, that was a really good. :O

Just a question though, how did you model the anime eyes? Were they perfect spheres in the skull, or ovals or flat planes? I can't seem to get my anime characters look right without their eyeballs intersecting each other.

  • not until i find a job. Job hunting under economic crisis at the moment.

  • I love the style of your video and your work with toon shaders is amazing!

I was wondering if you had/could make a quick written tutorial on some of the shader settings or maybe show a picture of some of your render trees?

    Great work!

  • Claymore OST. Nice choice. I love your work so far.

  • massey university of wellington( new zealand)

  • what school did u go to? those are rly good grats :)

  • very fast though, u have to pause to understand. Given that you already know how to use XSI

  • Fair play for sharing!
