I've been to Dubai and i'm sure if you have seen the flag of the United Arab emirates the black portion of the flag represents oil their most valuable resource because without oil that country is as good as a patch of sand. Buildings aren't everything here in Japan we have absolutely no world records but yet we maintain a very good country. We don't have an obsession to build but one to work.
