@pucrob It's a West Bend model from way back in 1995! Funny enough - I JUST received a new pan for it on Friday! It probably cost 1/2 as much as just buying a new machine, but I love my old bread maker and it still works so well, so knock wood, it doesn't quit on me now after buying the new pan! lol! thanks for watching btw!
Hi, I 've been baking bread for a while, especially the no knead method. I recently started with Focaccia and found this video. Thanks for a great video but I tried to find the recipe on your blog, but gave up. I see the ingredients above to give it a shot, thanks again.
Hi, I could hear the part that says "Bake for 15mins" but may I know what degree C to turn the oven on? Hope to hear from you soon~ Thanks again! Cheers! ^^
Your title is a bit misleading, "How to make focaccia in your bread machine" It should be, "How to make focaccia with the help of your bread machine" You only used the bread machine to mix the dough.
@davrosd Look, It`s very simple, The whole point of a Bread Machine is that you can put in the ingredients, And just let it make the loaf for you, Unless your unable to knead the dough yourself, You might aswell do it by hand, Apart from that, I agree the video is well made, I only said the title was a bit misleading, "In the Bread Machine" When it was baked in a traditional oven, Either way, They didn`t have to go as far as to change the title, It was an observation not a criticism
@Karelaija Awesome! I have several great bread maker recipes posted so if you buy one, you'll have a few others to try! i love my bread machine and I just used it yesterday. my son was just oohing and ahhing when he ate some this morning! thanks for watching - welcome!
such a nice lady who shared her talent for all of us. thank you so much. you're voice was "motherly" and caring while you were teaching. you we're not annoying at all. i would definitely try this
Thanks Angie! Your recipe was easy and delicious. I'm making it again for my family gathering tomorrow. I will check your blog for more cooking ideas.
Awesome !! i have been wanting to make this for awhile. I am going to make this for dinner tonight. I only recently got myself a bread machine and it is so handy and makes baking so much quicker and easier. Thanks for all your videos. You are such a wonderful homemaker. Awesome!
You're welcome! If you go to my blog you will see what was left of the focaccia when I went into the kitchen! I didn't really think the kids would like it with the rosemary...I was wrong!! I hope you like it...(great with soup & salad too!) Thanks again, have fun.
Yay!!! And if you're like me, I'm sure you are always looking for new and interesting things to put in that lunch box! Thanks for letting me know it worked out well - and it IS fun digging your fingertips into it, eh?? lol!
