I just have to ask... In my game, unless it's a cutscene or something, Lightning always looks metallic with yellowish-green hair and bluish-green clothing. You can't see her face at all and it just looks like her body is made up of different patches... It looks really, really weird. Can someone please tell me if this is the way that she's supposed to look or if maybe I bought a bad copy and now my game's glitching? If it's glitching, does anyone know how to fix it?

I'm personally disappointed we couldn't have the option for the Japanese voices. Nothing wrong with the US/EU ones, just these sound way more epic. I think Sazh's and Snow's American voice actors were better than their Japanese counterparts though.

I like that they've kept the speed of the battles up while maintaining the ATB, kind of FFX-2 styled. Pity about only controlling one character though, but hey as long as my teams AI doesn't annoy me it'll be fine.

I love the way this game is turning out. Some people believe that using only one person is only on the demo, but I sincerely doubt that is the case.

I'm sure you can only control ONE character in battle, kind of like FFXII. The way the battle style looks, it would be impossible to control the actions of more than one character at a time.

So, while your controlling one character, you rely on the others to attack, heal etc. JUST LIKE Gambits. Very unique for a turn based setting.

I think they might have got the mix right between turn based battles and MMO style ones like in FFXII. Looks a lot better than i originally anticipated, now ive just gotta get a next gen console. Annoying that this won't come out for PC. Square have branced out to Xbox, why not PC...

As far as FF14 goes, yes it does seem to be very similar to FF11 with a bit of FF12 thrown in.

Don't worry about asking me questions. I love to help out new fans. I've been one since FF7. DoC is the acronym for FF7: Dirge of Cerberus. They keep doing all these spinoffs of FF7, which appearantly is a lot of people's favorite FF game but they've overtold that story and the spinoffs just don't do the story good. But there you have it, ask me any more FF questions and I'll answer them if I can.

yea square enix has confirmed that the creatures,bosses,and whatnot are more challenging than the other pervious final fantasy games...because they felt like the other previous final fantasy games left out many creatures when you got to a certain level,you know to bypass them because there worthless....well in final fantasy 13,every creature will be worthful even when your at maxed level! because they dont wanna leave anything out or left behind =]

What lag are you talking about? I experienced no kind of lag when I played. Are you clicking the "HD" button after the video starts? YouTube can make my videos laggy if you hit the HD button too late.

Yeah, I hit HD right when it starts and it does lag then, but I'm talking a little bit later in when the fight starts. It does the special effect on the screen and then when the menu options are popping up, it seems like it slows down a little big and struggles.

The battle system is kinda the Crisis Core one except you make special orders and are able to make combos and have more than one character

I can't really compare the battle system to any of the other FF battle systems, because FFXIII has its own style and feel. It is easy to get into, and yes the enemies continue to attack while you make selections.
