Lovely, lovely Ponselle! I could listen to that voice foever. When were these recordings made? They are extraordinarily good! Yet she sounds so young, it must have been not after the twenties surely? Then again, it must have been electronic, so not before 1925. Please put me out of my misery! :) :)
