Hey, real candles with a real flame are great for many situations like at the dinner table. But there are many applications where a safe, COOL, LED candle is the way to go. Like as props in a theater (a place where you don't want any additional risk of fire!) or places where you need lots of candles and want to turn them on quiclky or where they are not being attended to closely or where kids or cats could knock them over. Battery candles are a great. I hope they keep getting more realistic.

These things saved my house!! Seriously our pumpkin was knocked over by the cat, and if it was a real candle it would have burned down the house. Luckily it was these LED's so no harm.
