They really rocked the joint in Miami's Bayfront Park tonight!

Sure hope this genre keeps its comeback going. Would love to relive the energy rock scene again. Tonight was a hot and muggy night, but this band is a resilient as they come. When the glam rock scene died, Ratt and some select others took most of the heat for the trend, but they've hung tight to their credit and they sound as good as ever again. Nice story they are.

Just caught the show last night at the Fillmore in NYC, Great show, lot's of fun, mostly a 40's crowd, new stuff mixed in with the classic songs (Round and Round, Back for more ect) Lead singer didn't really shake hands with audience, actually pretended to kick a fan's hand away. Finished show with Round and Round. Didn't play Body Talk or Dance...Great night, took the day off to listen to music...

It's so cool that there's Ratt n Roll in the year 2010. I wish Robbin Crosby was still alive and well to be there, and Juan too. This new incarnation with Carlos Cavazo and Robbie Crane joining Warren, Bobby and Stephen does sound kick ass on the new songs. It was lucky to get Ratt songs into the Wrestler movie. Maybe that helped to build some momentum for them.

Let's face it, maybe they aren't getting the story right on Robbin's death but at least they are still talking about him. The fact that he had contracted AIDS through his drug use and his willingness to talk about it before his death means that he will not be just another rock star who OD'd. Robbin tried to raise awareness. Unfortunately he got himself into that situation and it was too late for him but hopefully his openness about the mistakes he made helped save some lives.

Although I'm a huge fan of his (I'm even building a replica of his "Big Red" guitar) he was miserable at the end. He expected the band to give him money while they continued with their success, (although it was dying at that time.) He blew all of his money on drugs and was left with nothing. I think the band should have helped him out, but Robbin put much blame on the band members initially.

First of all, Pearcy formed a band called Mickey Ratt which had totally different band members..Then shortened the name to Ratt..Jake E Lee was in this version.. Robbin, Juan and Warren were all in different bands in the San Diego area. Pearcy got in touch with them and they all joined the band. Robbin DIDN'T form the band. Robbin was known as "King" because everyone looked up to him.

He contracted AIDS from a dirty needle and used more drugs to ease his pain. By 1991, he was so far gone that it affected his playing.
