Many can. There are street legal 4 cylinders in the 9's and 8's, 6 cylinders in the 7's, and god knows what else with bigger engines than that.
From the factory? You're going to have to look into a motorcycle to get 9's off the showroom floor.

hey that guy did not say when he tweeked that gtr he did not tell you he also voided all factory warranty on an 80k new car the trans is 21k to replace and the engine is 41k to replace and i have seeen it I am a gtr specalist for nissan

@signeduplate no it cant... it goes 0-100 in about 9 seconds, running the 1/4 mile in about 11 at prob around 120 mph.
