this is done by another CTR player.. you need to maintain the USF fire and when touches the green turbo pad, try to jump at the far edge of the pad, don't jump too early..

yep.. speed ghost.. how to do it ?? it appeared when u hit directly on a ramp.. where it moves down in full speed.. that's speed ghost.. you may refer to some other videos =)
