@mastern1995 It's mostly for first years - residence is guaranteed for first year students but there is a lottery for other years to get spots.

@juicycoutourebabe I go to the University of Victoria, and I do like it here :) It's a nice campus and I think Victoria appeals to a lot of students because it's not very big city but not small either.
