I have the iPhone 3G running on 4.2.1, anyways it sucks. It is 10/25/11 & i am probably going to still downgrade to 3.1.3. It is sad, but iOS 4 was not made for any generation lower then the 3rd.

Look at the time the one on the right is faster and the battery on the left is almost completely drained..

but i downgraded my iphone and now it is faster than ios4

if you have an 3g downgrade if you had an 3gs and dont use multitasking than downgrade

i dont care about the battery, i downgraded mine to 3.1.3 from 4.01 (both jailbroken) and i find a way bigger difference

Mine appears slightly sluggish too, since the 4.0 upgrade. However, animations, opening stuff is much smoother - which kinda compensates for it.

And apple already said they knew about the issue and they are making a fix for the 3G only.
