This is what professional upholsterers call a proper cowboy job, for starters asbrighteyes stated in a previous reply, the old fabric should have been removed & everything else about your amateurish uphostery skills are a very bad example. This video is just so bad.
You should have by rights taken the old material off first, copied the pattern and stapled the way it had been in the first place, however if this was your very first attempt well done and excellent, i must try this myself, but 10**********.
