I would just like to add to the growing number of individuals scared by this logo as a kid. I, to this day, still don't understand why I was terrified of this logo, but I was.  Maybe it's the silence of the Copyright warning then the sudden blast of the music.

I have this one on the Tom and Jerry (I believe) 40th birthday Special circa 1990. They have a sweet one for a 30 second bumper where the logo itself is standing out, but mini ones are moving diagnollay on the black screen, changing into rainbow colors. Anyone have that video?

The music on this was in stereo, and around 1989 they added an echo to it for Dolby Surround.

In addition on some videos, this logo would be seen as a still, with the movie's copyright date at the bottom. The BG was all colorized MGM/UA Home Video logos changing colors as they move down from top right to bottom left, if you know what I'm talking about.
