I saw this vid like a few months ago and now doctors have told me that I have cancer. When they told me, I smiled and said that it can always be worse. Every morning I'm standing with a huge smile in the treatment room and the doctors are so fascinated on how positive I am 'cause I know that I'm going to be good in a while but they are people out there dying because of it. I was homeless no more than 2 yrs ago and I know what it feels like to be invisible to others, for others to turn away as if your not there. Thank God I've been blessed to overcome it and it's so important to give back to others that are still struggling. God's purpose for us in life is to help those that cannot help themselves. I think its an obligation rather than a choice.

Man same thing happened when i was on a school field-trip in Chicago i looked out the window and far away i saw something that looked like a coat flying in the air So we pass by where i saw it and come to realized it was a person what i saw flying in the air was a person that got hit by a car and landed in the corner of a curve I was scared and worried i just saw cars passing by n ppl walking by his lifeless body i told me teacher and she did NOTHING it pissed me off i had no phone to call help

I feel and concur with what you sayin in the vid bro...But the homeless guy you spoke of chose to be homeless...Prison inmates get way better treatment than some everyday people in the street strugglin. With cable TV,1 meal a day, healthcare, clothes etc. Think about it...Of course it would be the last resort in a series of unfortunate events and you'll have a record...but u off the streets on gov money. I'm all for helpin the next guy but can't have your eyes wide shut.

Its ok to complain but make sure you are not wallowing in it and youre going to find a solution; no self pity; there are people out there who would gladly switch with one of our "petty problems." Steph I seriously believe that God brought you here as an Angel. I know we are all here for a purpose but I SERIOUSLY believe you are here as an angel. Once again that was on point, some real true stuff we all need 2 look @. Just when u fell down bruised your knee whilst breaking your nail, just know there's someone who fell down, bruised their knee, broke a nail 'and' fractured there bone or something (and that's just a light example). Steph.. It's really great to see a young man like yourself do what you did and try to inspire others. There's a Biblical saying that we should all live by and that's "treat others as you would like to be treated". The world would be a much better place. Oh by the way, I wanted to say that.. you know when you said 10 out of 10 the homeless normally declines youre offer. Maybe theyre ashamed? normally, unless I know the person REALLY good, if they offer me something I say no even if I really want it. Maybe instead you could go to the homeless person and say, "I want to give this to you, i think you should have it" ? Idk, just a random thought!

ugh youre a good guy, I need some friends like you. This kind of reminds me of the show on ABC called "What would you do", specifically the homeless episode. Sad. Its ok to complain but make sure you are not wallowing in it and youre going to find a solution; no self pity; there are people out there who would gladly switch with one of our "petty problems." Its just so sad when people are too into themselves to stop and help. I hope your video changes someones POV.

thank you for stopping. im serious. that's something i would of done too man. its crazy how so many pass by something like that and don't want to be bothered in their own "busy" lives. this shit put tears in my eyes man. cuz i've helped so many and nobody understands why i do shit like that. and its crazy to be in an experience like that. helping out a homeless person or crackhead and giving them something to help them out. it's very rewarding but it's sad to see their situation. be blessed man.
