a game with no ending!

first i finished the main game that ended with the 'to be continued' sign in the right corner. and now i finished the Epilogue. at first i thought that was kinda sneaky, to leave out the ending for downloadable content yet now i finsihed that and...still no ending!

not one of POPs greatest games, i even stopped playing it only to pick it up again a year later. only to find out the game just stops.

Okay, that ending was

After changing the 3rd giant-chamber-of-black-ooze into an idyllic green and brown tree grove I decided I had beaten the game and wanted to know the end!

I thought it would end with Eilika healing areas till she would drop dead, after which our saddened prince would . . . (I was right till this point) find his donkey and continue traveling.

What happen was the prince saying FUCK YOU PEACEFUL VALLEY and sacrifice named area to save his girlfriend.

If I knew what was going on I'd probably understand what Ben Croshaw said about how Princey "does something at the end of the game that destroys everything he'd been working towards for the benefit of a character no one likes."

Doubt it , The franchise should have ended at The two thrones though instead of getting a new prince.

@WaRRioRTheFox it does end at the two thrones but theres a new Prince of Persia coming out in may which takes place between warrior within and the 2 thrones

Bad ending... But I've seen worse from Ubi... Far Cry 2 comes to mind...

Perhaps people who bitch about the ending should play the game again and read and listen thoroughly to everything said.

There still is an Ormazd somewhere remember.... and Elika carried his powers.

i really liked this game until i came across a big glitch at the part when i have to walk through the shining doors but the doors are closed and i cant walk through them. and when i quit and load my game, the doors arent shining n e more and are still closed,

I love the ending . Is surprising, unexpected and dramatic. I wanna say i just got a little sick of all the happy endings. And it will be a sequel so is not so sad after all.

but it isnt an unhappy ending. its a 'to be continued' yet there isnt a second part. this game just stops. even the Epilogue has no ending. not good or bad.

i havtn heard anything about a sequel to this game. they even went back to the 'Sands of Time' prince.

nothing on the E3 (as far as i know) not even one picture of it that its in the works.

my freind told me there was multiple endings but im hearing there isnt, ( but there might be because the ds version continues from this and i doubt they wud put the sequel in the ds version, unless they randomly thought " what if the prince met a wizard!?". if i remember correctly tho warrior within said about multiple endings on the back, so if there were any u woudl have thought they wud say so here too.

it's just me or the ending is wery shetty ??? i mean the worrior loses the girl then cuts all the trees (including the one of light) brings back the light gives it to the girl she lives ... and then the darkness and they all are dead ... i mean worst ending ever He even didn't get the girl ...

i beat the game within a week from releash, too!

i guess there is a hidden happy ending of the game by collecting 1000 light seeds across the whole map.

i looked it up bro....you just get a prototype prince and elika skin costume if you collect all 1001 seeds....no alternate ending...if that was the case if would of collected all the seeds too cuhz i only had 35 seeds left!! hahaha
