Man just imagine your guild taking a trip from Red Moon to Flaming Skull. It would literally take you guys hours to make it. Like "Alright guys we leave at dawn! (6am their timezone")...noon "Halfway there guys!" dinner time "We made it!!!"
Might not take that long for those 2 places but it will take a while.
Easier way would be to use a GUI for them. Ripbot264 is one of them, a lil tricky for new people to use. Encode to blueray specs, 720p, h.264/AAC. and your golden.
upconvert from whatever resolution you have, higher=better, to 1280x720 and use the H.264 codec. upload that.
For this i just used afterfx to make a short anim, exported to 1280x720 using H.264 directly. All my other vids are from various formats, avi, wmv. and codecs...just convert to what i said above and it will work.
uh i dl'ed a h.264 encoder and i encoded my video that was 1650 by 1200, to full hd and then i tried common hd which is 1280 by 720, neither of them uploaded... could you please give me the name of what programs your using and stuff...basically i have 2 test videos i recorded using fraps, one at full size, one at half.. the full is hq or sq, the half is just sq

im using vdubmod and avisynth with vfw codecs.

ok thx for the help but do i convert from low to 1280 or higher to 1280?, my screen can go up to 1650x1200
