There's a glitch I call the "coolant rise" you can use to clear Strut A Pump Room more quickly. I don't know if anyone discovered it before I did, but that doesn't really matter.

You have Coolant as your second item while crawling. When you're ready to stand up, press R2 then quickly press X+R2. You should be standing immediately and it's about half a second quicker than rising normally.

At first the way is equipped with Coolant at the place that can get up. I was able to simplify it when I pushed the X button after the equipment. (^^).
