As much as i love this piece, i fail to see how ''lickety split'' speed brings out the intricate chord harmonies in each voice as the melody is passed around the group, - so the loud accompaniment players (making up the chord changes) are so loud one can't hear the melody... as each VOICE plays it, maybe a good ''coach'' would help in allowing that part of the music to happen,,,, right now it sounds like you think it is a HANNON exercise and just a piece to limber up the fingers..(''winter"-:?)
