I love this exercise for abs. This is probably my favorite. I could use heavy weight and get a good feel on my abs

do you keep your reps low to promote muscle growth? how many do you do? like no more than 12? or do you need to do more to feel the burn?

mate ur wayy is hektic dats exactly how i do it.. i try nut to bend my ass backwards at all just use my abe keeep the legs staright
