@gsgnstephens While I've never tried ingesting wheatgrass, I can surely tell you that I"ve used a wheatgrass-based skin recovery cream, and IT WORKS! I've had a skin condition for a little over a decade, in which my hands stayed dry and would crack & bleed at times, and the wheatgrass cream has done what conventional lotions & creams could not do for me. Don't knock it until you try it.
