u can make whipped cream and add it to expresso. the problem is if u don't have an expresso machine, small stove top expresso makers are made of aluminum=not healthy. and its' hard to make good expresso, in a drip coffee maker. mb perculators, i have to try that sometime. but steamed milk, like in the vid=nice.

i just made a cappuccino with land lake cappuccino mix put oragnic whipped cream over shreded chocolate. mmmuhh yummy
