  • Thank U for Your Vids. Now Foods also makes Chlorella which is a Super Food. I don't usually have any issues with regularity, but I'm even more regular since I've been taking it. Not to mention my energy has shot up as well! I've tried the diet tea which was harsh on my body. I take 5 tabs or 5k mg/day of the Chlorella. Make sure U get the 1k mg tabs. Also, only take 2 at a time or U may experience nausea. I feel So Much More energy from taking them. I buy them on Amazon.

  • Try Kal's Pure Stevia, the liquid and the powder are just awesome. You will think you're using sugar, but you really have to be careful with the powder, it's very potent, all you need is a tiny amount and BINGO it's sweet. Just make sure there are no additives though, I absolutely love Kal's no bitter after taste what-so-ever. Thanks for the recipe, I must try it soon it sounds very tasty.

  • @SharonEscamilla you can have a little bit, but no more than a few Tbsp of coconut oil.

  • Okay, How did you get the PB patty and all those to stay so uniform in the cup with the coconut oil/cocoa power mix. Plus to go up the side of the cup to envelope the pb.

    I can't get my mind grasped around it (need more of a visual) I have sat here and listened to the vlog over and over again but just can't get it. TY

  • @rabe126 I put a little in the cup, froze it, added a little peanut butter then poured more chocolate over and then froze again.

  • @angel071 Cut down on the cocoa. Or better yet, use Carab powder, it's so good. I also melt some unsweetened chocolate bars. And I use the stevia with no bitter aftertaste.

  • Carol, I need help. My Chocolate Delight ingredients didn't stay mixed together this time. All the Stevia sank to the bottom of the bowl, so only the ones from the bottom of the bowl turned out sweet, the first ones hardly any sweet at all...Do you have a clue what could have happened?   • @l55centaur What kind of stevia are you using? I've had this happen with Agave Nectar but not stevia. you put so little in there so I never noticed this.

  • @CarolEnsminger I used several different flavors of Swanson's Liquid Stevia that I ordered online. I did use some Agave Nectar from Costco, but I've used it before and this didn't happen. As it sat as I was getting the trays, it got sort of sludgy when I stirred it. I even tried microwaving it, but it was still thick on the bottom where all the flavors settled...I will try it again and see if the same thing happens. I love CD and have lost 34 lbs my first round. Thanks for all you do for us.

  • @l55centaur I use the NOW brand and don't have any issues. And try not to microwave. it zaps out all the good nutrients :(

  • What can I do for P1 i have not started it I am waiting for the HCG to get her .CAN I use this with out the peanut butter .. JUST CHOC AND COCONUT OIL.

  • @adorehim2 P1 is detoxing and loading. When you load, you want to eat high fat foods. Check out miracleskinnydrops . com and you will learn a lot :)

  • I am on a stall so I am off to whole foods for that stevia you showed. Do you still put in the agave nectar with the new stevia?? I am on P2 and have not tried CD yet...can't wait. :)

  • @lakegirl645 You do not need agave nectar. I sometimes add it, sometimes don't. depending on the taste. Some say it's bitter, but it's not bitter to me. If you add to much cocoa, it can be bitter so just keep sampling and see what you like. Enjoy :)

  • Hi Thank u sooo much 4 your recipes. I LOVE CHOC DELIGHTS-REALLY! I just need 2 confirm with someone how many should I limit myself 2 eat during Phase2. I've been using ice cube trays without mac. nuts-HELP :{

  • @1luvpnkngreen I suggest to only eat them in P2 when you are stalled or feel like you need a jump start. It didn't effect me to have them daily, but some it does and you don't want to miss out on a good loss! I had about 2 T. of coconut oil a day on P2 and about 4-6 on P3.

  • @mrssavvychic yum, yum, huh? I also take greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, stevia and add NY Cheesecake drops. it's much better than that big bowl of ice cream I used to eat!

  • I'm not big on measuring. I know that makes it tough. I would do about 4 T coconut Oil and 1 T of cocoa. Then add stevia and taste. I think I probably add about 10 drops of mine, but some have to do less because it can be bitter. For the cream cheese I do about 1 T mixed with a few drops of peppermint stevia and a few drops of Cool Mint Capella drops. Again, do to taste. Hope this helps!
