@boognish48 FFT was on the pc in VB.Net. I used Interger FFT calculated by atmega in another project. Used code from here: arduino.cc/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.­pl?num=1182076541/0

I have plenty of questions about your FFT. Are you running the math locally on the Arduino? Mind if I ask about the algorythm? I'm trying to remove the computer from my spectrum analyzer and running on the arduino is a nice (free) alternative to a FPU coprocessor.
